Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling dispatch of equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, drivers, and other departments for daily logistics requirements.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, route plans, and event timelines.
  • Ensure all logistics activities are executed according to schedule and standard procedures.
  • Prepare, encode, and update logistics documents
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly logistics reports for management.
  • File and organize all logistics-related paperwork physically and digitally

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any related course.
  • At least 1 year experience in logistics and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Honest, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
