  • Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Handle client concerns or inquiries through phone, or online communication.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and service requests.
  • Support the health team during on-site activities such as medical missions, checkups, or company events.
  • Ensure a friendly, professional, and supportive experience for every client.
  • Perform other administrative or customer service tasks as assigned.
