What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of engineering professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and innovations
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for optimization
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams
  • Participate in the planning and execution of capital projects and equipment upgrades
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide detail Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities and workloads with set Periodic KPI Target
  • Responsible for the generation of Annual Strategic Plan, Departmental Budget & KPI Index

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or management role
  • Strong technical skills and experience with various manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
