HR Recruiter (Bilingual: Mandarin & Filipino)

Location: Pasig / Quezon City, Philippines (In-person)

Employment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a proactive, flexible and bilingual HR Recruiter to join our team, with a core focus on end-to-end local talent acquisition for our growing business in the Philippines.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for local positions across the company, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Communicate seamlessly with both Mandarin-speaking management and Filipino candidates/partners, ensuring clear and accurate information flow in all recruitment-related interactions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, leveraging local job boards, social media platforms and professional networks to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adapt recruitment approaches flexibly based on changing hiring demands and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Filipino (Tagalog), with strong English communication skills for documentation and cross-team coordination.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially local talent acquisition in the Philippines market is a plus.
  • Highly flexible mindset, able to adjust priorities and strategies quickly to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels and build trusted relationships.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor regulations and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
