Qualifications

  • Knowledge of foundational Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Experience with HR Management and implementing HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee concerns with discretion and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a generalist HR role and knowledge of local labor laws
