JOB TITLE: Dining Supervisor

LOCATION: Binondo Boys Congressional Branch (24/7 Operations), occassional visits at Food Records Inc. Commissary - Scout Rallos, Quezon City

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Dining Supervisor leads all Front-of-House operations while holding authority over overall store workflow in collaboration with the Head Chef and management. You will ensure excellent guest experiences, supervise FOH staff, oversee documentation and cashiering accuracy, and coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth store operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, service-oriented, and able to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced, 24/7 on their feet, good with people, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Experience & FOH Leadership

• Lead FOH operations to ensure guests are welcomed warmly and leave satisfied.
• Monitor service flow, speed, and quality across all shifts.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Set service standards and coach FOH staff to consistently deliver top-notch hospitality.

Store Authority & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Head Chef and management to coordinate overall store operations.
• Provide guidance and oversight to both FOH and BOH staff when necessary.
• Ensure smooth workflow between service, kitchen, and support areas.
• Make operational decisions within authority to maintain efficiency and quality.

Documentation & Inventory Oversight

• Ensure accurate completion of FOH inventory logs, sales reports, cashiering documentation, and daily checklists.
• Maintain organized records following company policies and SOPs.
• Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and monitor usage to reduce waste.

Cashiering & POS Oversight

• Supervise cashiering processes and POS usage to ensure accuracy.
• Validate end-of-shift reports, cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Support FOH staff in troubleshooting and maintaining transaction standards.

Cleanliness & FOH Environment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, beverage stations, counters, and guest spaces (outside CR).
• Ensure FOH team actively maintains hygiene, table readiness, and overall dining ambiance.
• Monitor trash disposal, floor upkeep, and service area presentation during all shifts.

Team Management & Policy Enforcement

• Lead, train, and coach FOH staff; conduct shift huddles and provide feedback.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
• Endorse updates, operational changes, or issues to incoming supervisors or management.
• Model professionalism, reliability, and team-oriented behavior.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as FOH Supervisor, Senior Server, or similar in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience managing guest relations, FOH workflow, and cashiering accuracy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask during peak periods.
• Ability to collaborate with kitchen and management for operational decisions.
