  • Greet and seat customers, providing them with menus and assisting in answering any questions they may have about the menu or dining options.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging dining areas, including tables, chairs, and decorations, to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the appropriate order-taking systems or technology.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy in order delivery and proper presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as plating and garnishing dishes, as directed by the kitchen staff or dining supervisor.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for the next customer.
  • Assist in restocking food, beverages, and supplies as needed, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained throughout the service period.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping or mopping floors.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating to the dining supervisor or management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the dining staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service during peak hours or special events.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Assist in maintaining records of daily operations, such as inventory, and customer feedback, and provide updates to the dining supervisor as required.
  • Attend training sessions or meetings to enhance knowledge of menu items, service techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by the dining supervisor or management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php13,500.00 per month
