Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Summary:

The Operations Associate will support the efficient daily functioning of the company by coordinating internal workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation. This role ensures that projects, services, and client requests are executed smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with analytical thinking to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations, schedules, and service delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Assist in resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of project status, client requests, and operational reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Admin, IT, HR, Technical, Sales/Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.
  • Support management in project planning, operational problem-solving, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
  • Perform other operations-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma; coursework or degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in office operations, project coordination, or process management preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing operational needs.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with different teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
