Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Talisay Cebu for a Production Associate. The role involves assisting in day-to-day production activities, operating machinery on production lines, ensuring product quality through quality control checks, and maintaining organized workflows. The Production Associate will also perform general support tasks to optimize efficiency and ensure smooth operations within the production team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with working on Production Lines
  • Understanding of Quality Control processes and standards
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments and responsibilities
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to follow safety standards and operational procedures
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
