We are currently looking for an Associate Operations Manager who will be working with Connext's Operations Department in Cebu. This position is also available in Ortigas, Pampanga, and Davao Site.

What is the job?
The Associate Operations Manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Leads by example to hit quality, productivity, and client satisfaction targets
• Co-manages daily ops with the client (attendance, coaching, troubleshooting); tracks and closes open items
• Runs team huddles and 1:1s to align goals, give feedback, and boost engagement
• Analyzes performance/workflows and drives process improvements, partners on staffing, tools, and ops enhancements
• Tracks KPIs, prepares reports, and delivers insights for leadership decision-making
• Supports hiring, onboarding, and training; oversees QA and policy compliance; leads special projects
Qualifications:
• At least one (1) year of experience in people management or leadership role in any industry.
• Has managed a team of at least 10 team members.
• Experience talking to and assisting customers or clients, whether they are individuals or representatives from another company (Business- to-business or business-to-consumer setting).
• Communicates clearly in English; explains information to teammates, clients, and stakeholders; builds a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Leads day-to-day operations; stays calm under pressure; manages multiple tasks/accounts; organized with strong time management; flexible on shifts/work setup.
• Uses data to drive decisions; proficient in Excel (plus Word/Outlook) for tracking and reports; continuously learns and improves.
