Overview

The plays a key role in supporting the Velocity Invoice Processing service by ensuring client vendor invoices are directed to the RealPage physical address. The role is responsible for retrieving invoices flagged as overdue by the Invoice Processing system and processing them promptly to ensure timely handling of all client utility invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Secure all necessary documentation from clients and/or the Implementations Team with proper authorization to process vendor billing address changes.
  • Work with the Implementations Team to obtain updated listings of new client properties requiring billing address updates on utility vendor invoices.
  • Submit requests to vendors for billing address changes to the Velocity address for new client properties.
  • Follow up on existing client properties as needed to confirm address changes and ensure invoices are received on time.
  • Monitor the missing invoice alerts queue in the operational system to identify and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Ensure resolution of issues within the department's defined service level standards (SLS).
  • Review and address problem items submitted by clients and other Velocity departments via the shared mailbox.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on client billing address change status.
  • Perform data entry of invoices into the department's system.
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with intermediate skills in Excel spreadsheets and database applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • General office skills including data entry, filing, emailing, and faxing.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php28,000.00 per month
