Job Summary:
The
Lead Generation Specialist
plays a key role in driving business expansion by identifying and securing new clients for the organization's BPO services. This role is responsible for sourcing prospects, initiating strategic engagements, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. With a deep understanding of BPO operations, service offerings, and industry trends, the specialist effectively positions the company's capabilities to potential clients across various sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, industry events, outbound outreach, and digital prospecting.
- Present and promote the company's BPO solutions to prospective clients across multiple industries.
- Lead the end-to-end client acquisition process, including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing agreements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and regularly update the CRM with accurate information.
- Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive competitive positioning.
- Coordinate smooth client onboarding and transition to the Operations and Account Management teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets aligned with business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO services such as customer support, technical support, sales operations, and back-office functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
