Job Description

  • Establishes a list of prospective clients and prioritizes market research based on the criteria set or as per management's direction.

  • Promotes Delbros Group services to prospective clients. He/she must prepare complete, succinct and accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and attend client meetings.

  • Prepares regular client reports and attends client meetings.

  • Develops sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the BD Director and Sales Managers.

  • Develops plans to target new customers in alignment with the sales strategies.

  • Retains existing customers by keeping a consistent, professional and efficient flow of communication with the clients in relation to their service requirements and needs.

  • Monitors client accounts proactively and coordinates with the said clients on any new development relative to pricing and ; immediately addresses the complaints of clients.

  • Attends regular sales meetings and submits the required weekly sales report.

  • Responds to sales leads from various sources (internal and external) in a timely manner and provides feedback to the sources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With at least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development and customer-service

  • Graduate of any business-related course

  • Willing to travel

  • Resourceful, innovative,persuasive and excellent in building client network

  • With good communication and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
