Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in a fast-paced medical campaign. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a background in healthcare or medical sales, and a proven ability to drive performance and build successful teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales reps; conduct meetings, reviews, and foster a positive, accountable environment.
  • Execute tailored sales strategies; track performance and collaborate across teams for alignment.
  • Oversee outreach and ensure quality interactions with clinics, providers, and patients; support in escalations and deal closures.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA); maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reports to leadership.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
