Job Summary:

The Corporate Programs Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the company's occupational clinic management services. The role involves assisting with the coordination of medical programs, delivering client support, and ensuring the effective implementation of occupational health services. The Officer serves as a key point of contact between internal medical teams and corporate clients, helping maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination and Implementation

  • Assist in the organization and execution of occupational clinic services for client companies.
  • Help coordinate schedules, medical activities, and program logistics.
  • Support the implementation of wellness initiatives and occupational health services.

Client Support and Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, insurance brokers, and the clinic management team.
  • Provide initial medical guidance on occupational health concerns, under supervision.
  • Address client inquiries and assist in maintaining service satisfaction.

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to corporate health programs.
  • Assist in preparing periodic program reports, summaries, and client presentations.

Quality and Compliance

  • Help monitor the quality of delivered services and ensure alignment with internal standards.
  • Participate in efforts to improve processes and client experiences.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Programs Manager or higher management.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in occupational health, clinical work, or corporate wellness programs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Ability to organize tasks, coordinate with multiple teams, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety protocols is an advantage.
