Job Summary:

The Corporate Programs Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the company's occupational clinic management services. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare expertise, particularly in occupational-related diseases and employee health management. The Manager will also serve as a key resource to insurance brokers and corporate officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management and Operations

  • Lead the organization, maintenance, and standardization of the occupational clinic management services program.
  • Formulate and implement strategic goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Medical Expertise and Client Consultation

  • Provide professional guidance on occupational health concerns, diseases, and preventive care.
  • Advise insurance brokers and corporate health officers on medical issues affecting workforce health and safety.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Recruit, train, manage, and lead a team of healthcare professionals within the occupational health services unit.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and team collaboration.

Service Quality and Client Satisfaction

  • Oversee the delivery of medical services to ensure clinical excellence and best practices.
  • Ensure a high level of client and customer satisfaction across all healthcare-related products and services.

Strategic Planning and Innovation

  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding and enhancing the occupational clinic program.
  • Monitor industry trends and align services to meet evolving client needs and regulatory updates.

Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the CEO/President or Assistant Vice President.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in occupational health, corporate wellness, or clinic operations management.
  • Proven experience in leading healthcare teams or managing clinic operations.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health standards, workplace safety regulations, and health risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multitask effectively.
