Position Title: Corporate Affairs Officer – External Communications

Job Summary:

Provides support to the supervising officer in terms of developing and implementing the Bank's overall PR strategy, as well as any stakeholder relations, corporate communications, and crisis communications requirements of the Bank and its subsidiaries. Will also be asked to support in the conceptualization and execution of special projects.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Public Relations - Development and implementation of PR plans and campaigns needed by the bank, its business units, and subsidiaries.
  • Stakeholder Relations - Support media relations initiatives and other stakeholder relations requirements of the Bank.
  • Corporate Communications - Development of needed communications for different stakeholders: executive communications, client communications, media statements, among others.
  • Crisis Communications - Development of needed crisis communication materials to help manage and handle any negative publicity against the Bank and its subsidiaries.
  • Should be able to deliver other related functions and requirements that will be assigned from time to time.
