The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in project management within the digital and technology space. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and delivery teams, gaining hands-on experience in coordinating projects and supporting successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and task tracking.
  • Assist in organising meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing minutes.
  • Help maintain project plans and update progress reports.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to building a positive, team-oriented work environment.
