About the role

We are seeking a Customer Services Representative (Virtual Process) to join the YWA Human Resource Corporation' team. This is a full-time role based in Apas, Cebu City, Cebu, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone and digital channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Documenting customer interactions and following up on open issues to ensure complete resolution
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes, and providing recommendations to management
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  6. Adhering to performance metrics and quality assurance standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
