Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our DJI Agriculture Technician Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys travel, and is excited about the future of drone technology in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the DJI Agriculture Technician Team
  • Conduct training sessions for internal staff and external dealers
  • Develop and test new applications of agricultural drones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve drone deployment in farming operations

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of working experience in a related field (e.g., agriculture technology, drone operations, technical training).
  • Willing to travel frequently across the Philippines, including trips lasting over one month
  • Strong interest in drone technology and agricultural innovation
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Tagalog
  • Must be available to stay in Davao for 1–3 months for initial training

Location

  • Based in Davao during training period; nationwide travel required thereafter
