Gathers and analyzes store data for accurate manpower, equipment capacity, layout, and business / store process standards resulting to an optimized business model.

Designs and implements effective store management systems resulting to high level of management team's efficiency.

Develops, implements, and monitors effective store planning and tools that will optimize use of raw materials, store equipment, facilities and other resources of stores.

Designs and implements efficient service systems (POS and Kitchen) that will ensure delivery of products to the customers at the right quality, quantity and time.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in process improvement / development or restaurant systems in food industry.
  • Must be Microsoft Office proficient
