Key Job Qualifications:
- Oversees the major construction, maintenance and renovation of all properties which includes architectural, civil, plumbing and electrical works.
- Project management (end to end cycle)
- Building Administration
- Fleet Management
- Security Management
- People Development
- Policy Making
- Manages the compliance to Basic Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Standards and other safety legal requirements.
- Oversees the monitoring, issues and requests of office supplies and other administrative resources according to economic order quantity and as deemed needed
- Provides technical and non-technical support and assistance whenever necessary to the management.
- Performs other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.
Key Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Architecture/Engineering course.
- Must have a valid PRC license
- At least 5 years managerial experience in the same field
- With over ten years relevant experience in property/facilities/building administration
- Well adept in Administration and office management
- Safety Officer credential is advantageous
- Familiar with government regulations and ordinances
- With excellent leadership and people management skills
- Amenable to work in Makati City
