Your Role

As a
Healthcare Support Associate
, you will:

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to U.S.-based healthcare clients
  • Handle calls, emails, and chat inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage healthcare-related documentation and tasks with accuracy
  • Work closely with a supportive, high-performing team


What We're Looking For

We're searching for candidates who are:

  • Skilled in
    spoken and written English communication
  • Experienced in
    BPO or healthcare support
    (1–5 years preferred)
  • Comfortable working
    U.S. hours
    and flexible with shifting schedules
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed
