Role Description

Customer care will manage inbound and outbound digital chat, email and phone calls with US customers

Digital marketing will manage social media, web and some radio advertising, analytics, and creation.

There is
also an internship role
for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will assist with market research, developing marketing strategies, supporting sales activities, and enhancing customer service. The role is hybrid, meaning it is located in Nashua, NH, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience dealing with US customers on line and by phone
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Enthusiasm for supporting a Catholic mission
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
