Doña Alejandra, Inc. is a growing ICT solutions provider supporting a hybrid workforce, including a remote technical team of over 30 professionals. As we strengthen our HR department, we are looking for a process-driven, analytical, and systems-focused HR Generalist to support our performance management, compliance, and productivity initiatives.

The Role: What You'll Do

This is a new and essential role that will help shape DAI's HR systems and ensure strong governance across the organization.

70% Monitoring, Evaluation & Compliance

You will lead our performance and monitoring systems to ensure productivity, alignment, and compliance:

  • Administer Time Doctor / Apploye for our remote workforce.
  • Generate, validate, and analyze productivity and attendance reports.
  • Provide insights, flag issues, and support managers in upholding performance standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all monitoring-related inquiries.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including KPI setting, progress monitoring, and periodic evaluations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to due process in employee relations matters.
  • Conduct regular policy and compliance audits based on the Employee Handbook, remote work guidelines, and Philippine labor laws.
  • Ensure monitoring practices comply with the Data Privacy Act and DAI's internal HR policies.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance.

30% Recruitment

You will manage the talent acquisition process for both technical and non-technical roles:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, and selection.
  • Support hiring for remote technical roles (Developers, BAs, PMs, etc.).
  • Work closely with the HR Operations Lead to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Practical experience in managing performance management processes (KPI tracking, evaluations, goal monitoring)
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, especially in employee relations and due process
  • High analytical competence with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data interpretation, report creation)
  • Excellent organizational skills; systematic, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using employee productivity and time-tracking tools (Time Doctor, Apploye, Hubstaff, etc.)
  • Background in technical recruitment (e.g., Developers, BAs, PMs)
  • Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments
