About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Finance/Payroll Staff to join our team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' in Tarlac City, Tarlac. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling all payroll-related activities and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the entire payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, and net pay
  2. Ensure payroll compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  3. Prepare and distribute payroll reports and documentation
  4. Liaise with employees to address any payroll-related inquiries or concerns
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
  6. Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
  2. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and best practices
  5. Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work well in a team and independently
