Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee engagement, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role oversees onboarding, employee retention initiatives, performance evaluations, compensation and benefits processing, and exit management. The Employee Relations Officer also handles disciplinary procedures, supports internal HR inquiries, and ensures accurate documentation of employee records.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in employee relations, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling disciplinary actions, employee engagement activities, and benefits processing is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Yahshua Payroll System).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with occasional site visits as needed.
- May require overtime or weekend work during critical HR events or peak periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
