Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with both the Marketing and Admissions Teams to plan, develop, and create marketing campaigns, content and collaterals that target both potential customers and existing families at school.
  • Provides support to the Marketing Head to formulate strategic ideas for the company's various marketing programs and branding activities and aid in its proper implementation and execution.
  • Provides communications support to the entire school using various platforms both online and offline.
  • Facilitate communications transmissions, both online and offline, for the entire school community and to manage all mediums of information sources including but not limited to: parent websites, messaging and social media channels, traditional platforms and mediums.
  • To create marketing content, collaterals, and programs – online and offline, in support of the campaigns formulated by the Marketing team.
  • Effectively communicate the identity and unique selling propositions of Chinese International School Manila in all customer touch points.
  • Aligns marketing strategies to business objectives. Develop innovative ways to effectively communicate the school and its mission vision to existing customers
  • Enhanced organizational image/reputation
  • Strengthen market visibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • A Master's degree or additional training in marketing or education is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or public relations role
  • Experience in an educational setting or international school environment is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in managing social media, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in event coordination and school community engagement is a plus
