DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and regulatory standards in the insurance industry.
  • Lead and execute campaigns across multiple channels—digital, social media, events, PR, and traditional marketing—to promote life, non-life, and HMO products and services.
  • Strengthen brand positioning to increase awareness, trust, and credibility in the financial services sector.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and Business Development teams to create marketing initiatives that generate quality leads and support revenue targets.
  • Manage content strategy including digital assets, website, social media, newsletters, product brochures, and promotional collaterals.
  • Oversee digital marketing and performance metrics including SEO/SEM, analytics, and campaign optimization to ensure strong ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer behavior insights specific to insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with brokers, agents, affinity groups, and external agencies.
  • Supervise and coach the marketing team to ensure efficient delivery of marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact of all campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing activities are compliant with insurance regulations and guidelines.
  • Represent the company in exhibits, sponsorships, financial literacy programs, and industry events.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Preferably with experience in the insurance and financial services industry
  • Proven success in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels, product marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable, innovative, and results-oriented.
