About the role

As a Service Engineer assigned to our client, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient client's service operations. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients' valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of Machines and Hydraulics
  • Diagnosing and repairing technical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Collaborating with project teams to coordinate installation, commissioning, and decommissioning activities
  • Documenting all service and repair work, and providing detailed reports to clients
  • Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations
  • Continuously updating your technical knowledge and skills to stay ahead of industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer in the electro-mechanical engineering industry
  • Fresh graduates with relevant on-the-job trainings may be considered for the position
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Knowledge of using measuring instruments and electrical designs
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Willingness to do fieldwork and interpret technical drawings
  • Preferably has driving skills
