Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemical Engineer - Technical Service & Product Application at RI Chemical Corporation located in Pasig. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and service, conducting laboratory tests and analyses, and applying chemical engineering principles to improve and innovate product applications. The role will also involve liaising with clients and internal teams to understand and address technical needs, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • PRC-licensed
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organized and has effective & efficient time management
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must be in good physical condition; No allergies to chemicals
  • Handles evaluation of R&D formulated products and report application analysis results and recommendations.
  • Ensures customers receive acceptable quality by counter checking toll manufacturer's analysis.
  • Assists Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives in management of technical service activities at assigned customer accounts and potential accounts, performing field service and conducting customer demonstrations and evaluations to meet/exceed customer requirements/expectations
