Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile posted payables, ensures completeness of documents, and check inventory receipts and discount reflection on purchase orders to validate accuracy of payment details and prevent over payment/double payment as well.
  • Monitoring of store advances, encashment and deposits to assure that funds are intact.
  • Classifying supplier's status via monitoring of Debit Memo application and checking of identified margin analysis and reconciles the accuracy of rebates created.
  • Monitoring of Credit Cards, Charge Sales Invoice, SSS, Rentals, and other receivables and ensure timeliness of collections.
  • Finds, assesses, and elevates dubious transactions to assistant supervisor for further examination.
  • Prepares reports and forward to superior for review.
  • Performs other task assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or equivalent.
  • Experience as finance staff is an advantage.
  • Preferably residing near Ermita, Manila.
  • Can start ASAP.
