  • Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff member to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and office files
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendars
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and basic documents
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure the office is organized and running smoothly on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
  • Fast Learner
