The Office Staff is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The role includes handling clerical tasks, assisting employees, organizing files, and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and calls
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Encode and update company records or reports
- Assist in preparing forms, letters, and other office materials
- Support different departments with administrative tasks
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed
- Handle basic customer or employee inquiries
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year course related to business.
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
