Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily café/restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage inventory levels, place supply orders, and monitor cost control.

Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Customer Service

Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Staff Management

Train and supervise front-of-house staff.  Coordinate with the production supervisor in the supervision of back-of the-house staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support employee growth.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Financial Management

Monitor daily sales, prepare reports.

Work to optimize revenue, reduce waste, and maintain profit margins.

Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns when necessary.

Qualifications

College graduate – HRM or any business course

At least 2-year experience as a café, restaurant, or hospitality manager.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of POS systems, food safety standards, and inventory management.

Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
