What your daily look like:

  • Support project managers in coordinating and managing project activities

  • Break down work into actionable and measurable tasks with the help of project managers

  • Schedule and assign tasks to internal teams and closely monitor their progress to ensure timely completion

  • Proactively escalate and update project managers when deviations arise during projects

  • Assist project managers in analyzing and assessing risks and opportunities

  • Arrange, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings

  • Coordinate with clients to plan upcoming tasks, clarify requirements, and align expectations

  • Serve as the main point of contact and effectively communicate project status to all participants, ensuring timely and adequate responses

  • Maintain project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date, properly filed, and stored appropriately.



Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related disciplines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Willingness to learn continuously and stay updated with industry trends and advancements

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility

  • Proficient in English in both written and spoken forms

  • Knowledge of Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus
