About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This role is ideal for Industrial Engineering graduates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience who want to apply their technical skills to improve workflows, track progress, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Conduct process reviews and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain organized project files, reports, and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in cost monitoring and resource utilization tracking.
  • Perform basic data analysis to support project decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (required).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, process improvement, operations, or related functions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in workflow mapping and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge in cost monitoring or resource planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
