Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration of related field.
- A licensed Customs Broker
- With at least 1 to 2 years experience in Import-Export matters
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in document preparation
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the cross functional team
- Ability to negotiate terms and act as liaison for proper coordination
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Ability to work under pressure and can prioritize task effectively
- Demonstrate high level of attention, time management and integrity
- Should be willing to start as soon as possible
- Amenable to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
Job Description:
- Prepare and review all documentation required for importing and exporting goods, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations and other shipping documents.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all import and export transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Stay up-to-date on import and export regulations, tariff schedules, trade agreements, and customs procedures.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory agencies to ensure timely clearance of shipments and compliance with customs requirements.
- Assist in the classification of products according to harmonized tariff codes and other regulatory classifications.

- Coordinate transportation, shipping, and logistics activities related to import and export operations.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers and logistics providers to arrange for the transportation of goods and monitor shipment status.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and coordinate with the warehouse team on the tentative arrival of the shipment.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, customs officials, and shipping agents, to resolve issues and address inquiries related to documentation and logistics.
- Perform quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verify the authenticity of certificates, licenses, and other import/export-related documents to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Implement best practices, standard operation procedures (SOPs), and automation tools to streamline documentation workflows and reduce errors.
- Send weekly shipment update report to all cross functional team.
- Perform other tasks/duties that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
