Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Staff to ensure the safety, security, and orderliness of our premises. The ideal candidate will be proactive, disciplined, and capable of maintaining a secure environment for students, employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular roving and patrols within and around the premises to ensure safety and order.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other surveillance systems for suspicious activity.
  • Perform inspection and frisking of individuals entering and exiting the building, following company protocols.
  • Secure and monitor entry/exit points; manage the check-in and check-out of visitors, students, and staff.
  • Check identification cards, gate passes, and visitor logs to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents such as fire, accidents, disturbances, or security breaches.
  • Escort and assist visitors, staff, and students when needed.
  • Conduct regular inspection of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment to ensure readiness.
  • Write clear and detailed incident, observation, and activity reports.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency response teams when necessary.
  • Maintain discipline, peace, and order in designated areas.
  • Enforce compliance with institutional rules, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in crowd control during school events, student gatherings, and emergencies.
  • Perform other related security duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (college level preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Must have a valid security license or certificate.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
  • Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php501.00 per day
