Warehouse Helper – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming merchandise and verify that they are undamaged and of good quality.
  • Count and record received items.
  • Assist warehouse staff in retrieving specified merchandise for delivery or shipping.
  • Prepare merchandise for delivery by packaging and labeling items.
  • Ensure merchandise is securely loaded into delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse helper.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle physical tasks.
