Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines DDC Land Inc. Full time ₱23,000 - ₱28,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at-least a Bachelor's/College degree in Accounting, Banking Financing Management or any related course.
  • At-least 2 - 4 years of financing, banking and real estate experience in the related field is required. Preferably 1 - 2 years experience with employees specializing in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and advanced excel; analytical thinking skills are an advantage; computer literate.

Job Responsibilities:

Buyers:

  • Review and validates buyers ledger, statement of account.
  • 1st and 2nd notices; notices of dishonor, and demand letter.
  • Review and validate the incentives of the Sales Department, Brokers, Consultants, and Documentation Department.
  • Review and validates the Certificate of full payment in equity.
  • Credit Investigation Report for new buyers.
  • Official basic computation canceled accounts, accounts with adjustments.
  • Review and validate the periodical reports such as AR Aging, Weekly Collection & PDC Compliance and bounced checks.
  • Monitoring PAR & PLR progress and status.

Non-Buyers (Tenants):

  • Review the lease contract, and move out clearance, and monitor the compliance of each tenant's requirements for both incoming and outgoing tenants.
  • Review and substantiate monthly billing and statement and state of account for rental and other charges and utilities.
  • Examine the content of Disconnection notice, notice of dishonor, and demand letter.
  • Review and validate the periodical reports such as Tenants Materlist, Tenants AR aging, and collection report.
  • Monitor collection schedules and on time collection of payments bases on its due date.
  • Oversee and monitor the status of RFP for payment of Meralco and Total Solar.
  • Consolidates Daily Accomplishment Report.
  • Attends and represents the company in the legal proceedings of tenants and buyers-related cases.
