Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, monitor, and archive Shared Services reports (weekly, monthly, annually); handle ad-hoc data extraction.
  • Create, update, and maintain Knowledge Base/Bot content based on business requirements.
  • Monitor scheduled content launches and archiving.
  • Proofread English/Taglish content for accuracy, tone, and relevance.
  • Ensure quality control in content tracking and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proofreading and content management experience
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and ChatGPT (or similar AI tools)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Project Management
  • Open to 2-year course graduates with relevant experience
  • Experience with knowledge management platforms is a plus
  • Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
