About the Role:

I'm looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to help streamline daily operations across my consulting business and digital projects. If you're detail-oriented, great at managing multiple tasks, and eager to grow in digital marketing, this is for you

Responsibilities:

Assist with content marketing tasks (social media posts, blog updates, LinkedIn posts).

Manage email outreach & scheduling (cold outreach, client follow-ups, partnerships).

Conduct market research & SEO tasks (keyword research, competitor analysis).

Help with project management (keeping track of deliverables across multiple sites).

Assist with basic design & video editing (Canva, Descript, or similar tools).

Provide general admin & coordination support (meeting notes, organizing tasks).

Ideal Candidate:

Strong writing & communication skills (English proficiency required).

Experience with digital marketing, SEO, or social media management.

Familiar with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Docs, Canva, ChatGPT.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Ability to learn quickly & take initiative (not waiting for instructions).
