Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in website management to join our remote team. This role will focus on improving our online presence, managing and optimizing our website, running ad campaigns, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize our website (WordPress/Shopify/Wix/Squarespace) for SEO, user experience, and conversions.
  • Oversee website updates, manage content uploads, and ensure site functionality.

Design and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and post content, including blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Manage sales funnels and optimize conversion rates.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks as needed (preferred but not required).

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing and website management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace).
  • Experience with basic HTML/CSS (for small website updates).
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Experience with sales funnel tools like ClickFunnels or similar.
