JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and or Maintenance Manager.
  • Responsible in the maintenance of all electrical/mechanical aspect of the plant such as:

a. Electrical/ Mechanical of Machine

b. Electrical / Mechanical of the entire Facilities

  • Must provide proper electrical power required by the plant base on the local electrical code implemented by local authorities.
  • Works in close coordination with production and mechanical maintenance for any improvement or projects on production and or facilities that may need electrical designs.
  • Should report to the Maintenance Supervisor any problem that will be encountered on all electrical / mechanical aspect of the plant.
  • Must make sure that all electrical aspects of the plant are on top shape all the time.
  • Works in close coordination with Maintenance Department for preventive and – if there is a need - for corrective maintenance of electrical aspect of production equipment and facilities.
  • Instigate trouble shooting of electrical problem whether in production equipment or facilities in coordination Maintenance Department.
  • Accomplishes Electrical Preventive Maintenance documents and Maintenance Daily Accomplishment Report.
  • Submits the said documents to the Maintenance Supervisor copy furnish to the Plant Manager.
  • Coordinates with the Maintenance Supervisor all needs whether manpower, equipment or facilities needed in electrical work to attain goal of the company of having smooth production operations.
  • Recommends system or process improvement with regards to electrical to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Should be the point person to refer to for all local government and or private agencies transactions regarding electricity or electrical.
  • Ensure food safety and quality on food and workplace.
  • Closely coordinate with QC and QA regarding the equipment.
  • Ensure food safety on product and workplace.
  • And performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Manager or Top Management in order to meet company objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Vocational Training/Technical School.
  • Familiarity with HVAC.
  • Can work on shifting schedule to assist plant operations.
  • Willing to work in Taguig City.
