As a Roving Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and reliable maintenance and repair services for our clients' equipment and facilities. What you'll be doing

1. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of equipment and systems
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner
3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide customised solutions
4. Maintain detailed records of all service activities and report on work completed
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and company policies
6. Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

1. Relevant technical qualifications or certificates in a related field
2. Hands-on experience as a technician or in a similar role, preferably in the Trades & Services industry
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
4. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
