Job Description

We are looking for skilled and reliable Driver-Technicians for Subscriber Line Installation (SLI) and Subscriber Line Repair (SLR) roles. The job involves field deployment to residential and commercial areas to perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of telecom subscriber lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation of subscriber lines (SLI) in residential or business areas
  • Conduct line repairs and maintenance (SLR) as assigned
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity or hardware issues
  • Coordinate with dispatch and reporting teams for job updates
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely
  • Provide excellent service to customers on-site
  • Complete documentation of work orders and reports after each job

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2 or equivalent)
  • Must have your own motorcycle (with updated OR/CR)
  • Experience in telecom fieldwork, installation, or cable repair is a plus
  • Willing to work in field operations, rain or shine
  • Physically fit and able to handle basic tools and equipment
  • Responsible, punctual, and can work independently or with a team
