Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field technicians in telecommunications installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of service requests and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding schedules, technical concerns, and project updates.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress and performance reports.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate major issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
WITH EXPERIENCE
Strong knowledge of fiber optic, copper, or wireless telecommunications systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, when required.
Must be willing to be assigned in CEBU CITY.
