The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of leadership experience and a proven ability to guide teams through performance-driven strategies. This role involves direct client communication, daily reporting, and mentoring team members to deliver compelling sales pitches. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives with a focus on billing accuracy and performance.
  • Provide daily performance reports to internal leadership and external clients.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve team members' sales pitch techniques.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve billing concerns.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating team culture.

Qualifications

  • Open to College Level applicants.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of Team Leader experience, preferably in billing or sales environments.
  • Strong background in billing processes and client-facing communication.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
