is expanding We're looking for a
motivated and experienced Team Leader
to guide a high-performing group of
residential mortgage analysts
in our Cebu site. If you thrive in a fast-paced customer service or contact center environment, we want to meet you
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of
12–20 analysts
handling U.S. residential mortgage accounts - Monitor
daily performance, productivity, and quality goals - Conduct coaching, mentoring, huddles, and reviews
to drive success - Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve team outcomes
- Ensure
service level agreements (SLAs)
and performance targets are achieved - Foster
team engagement
through motivation and recognition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
- 2-3 years
of experience in customer service or a contact center environment - At least 1-2 years
in a
Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role - Experience in BFSI, banking, mortgage servicing, or lending
is a plus - Strong communication, leadership, and
MS Office
skills - Must be
willing to work onsite
in
JDN IT Square, Mandaue or 1Nito Tower
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range:
₱35,000–₱45,000/month - ₱30,000 sign-on bonus
